Besides providing a safer surface, our nonskid application also:

1. Waterproofs, stainproofs (urine, oil, coffee, food, gas and many other chemicals)
2. May be applied over other coatings for increased slip resistance and high gloss
3. Protects grout from damage - resists mold and mildew
4. Does not yellow, crack, peel, flake, nor chip
